The Official World Association of Accomplished Cartomancers (OWAAC)
is an international organization, whose mission:

-- representation of the fortune-tellers' interests,
-- vocational trainings for fortune-tellers,
-- development of the fortune-tellers' knowledge and facilities.
-- representation of interests of the fortune-tellers’ clients.
-- information on the members of the OWAAC for the clients.

The cartomancy has been a prohibited activity yet today at some lands of world.
To protect our members the name list of the fortune-tellers does not appear on this website.
If you would like to know whether your fortune-teller is an OWAAC member or not,
send an email to us.
Write the fortune-teller's exact name in your letter and the name of the land, where you are living.
If your letter arrives from such a land where the cartomancy is allowed
we will inform you in a reply letter.

 

Principles and acts
 

Anyone can learn the art of reading cards.

You are only allowed to read after personalizing a deck for your own use.
1. Help your clients to ask, what they really want to know.
Keep on interviewing until reaching the level of the most precise description.
2. The meaning a romany (gipsy) cards is the picture as a whole.
All clients have the right to see the deck. Cartomancers should avoid to give only text answers.
(If you feel that your cards should never be touched by anyone other you only have to show them.)
3. Throwing and interpreting should be interactive.
You are obliged to involve your clients and help them by showing the whole deck
to choose the signifier card that stands for the key question.
4. There are many deck.
However, you have to prepare your own unique deck, personalizing first by simple copying.
The more you work with your specific deck, the greater your connection with that deck will be.
5. Never show text labels to your clients.
Pictures become a very personal issue and readings are the result of your clients intuition.
6. You are obliged to show just cause for the offered spread.
7. Help others learn to create abundant health and wealth with all their resources.
